2020

In spring 2020, Kisil signed with the Toronto Titans, the first Canadian based team in the ISL.

2019

In 2019 he signed with the London Roar in the inaugural ISL season. London Roar was one of the four team to reach the ISL’s season finale, in Las Vegas, December 2019 where they finished in 2nd place.

At the 2019 Canadian Swimming Trials, Yuri qualify for his third FINA LC World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea.

In 2019 Yuri was named Swim Ontario Male Athlete of the Year and received the Bob Pirie Trophy.

He won the Sprinter’s Cup at the 2015 CIS Championships, where he helped the University of British Columbia to the overall title earning wins in the 50m and 100m Freestyle.

2018

At the 2018 Pan Pacific Championships in Tokyo, Kisil captured a bronze in the 50m Freestyle.

He was also a member of the 4×100m Freestyle, 4×200m Freestyle and 4×100m Medley relays that all won gold medals.
