In September of that year, Tres-Molinos, Brick & Basil, and Pagoda were closed. Mills stated that he wanted to revamp the three restaurants to make them full service. In January 2015, the City of Bowling Green began negotiations with Bowling Green Hot Rods owner Jerry Katzoff to take over the Hitcents Park Plaza development. After graduation, Clinton received an Entrepreneur Scholarship to Western Kentucky University that included rent-free office space for Hitcents. He attended WKU from 2002 until 2004, when he left to focus his time on the business.
